What exists today
- A one-day snapshot of PECO and PPL residential offers (above).
- Daily collection for every utility listed on PA Power Switch: planned, not running yet.
- Change lists and email alerts: planned. We will build them with the first early-access teams.
- Illinois: not collected. The Illinois Commerce Commission's offer pages ask automated visitors not to crawl them, so Illinois waits for the Commission's permission or a data feed.
Why a history matters
A competitor's rate on one day tells you little. The pattern tells you more: how often they re-price, how long a promotional rate lasts, which terms they drop first when wholesale prices move. The state site cannot show you that, because it only lists what is on offer now.
History cannot be back-filled: each day nobody records is gone. So daily collection will start before the rest of the product is built. It is not running yet. The history begins on its first day, and this page will show that date.

Nothing is live to buy yet. Tell us which option you would pay for; it decides what we build first. Before anything is sold, we email you the prices at that time and you decide then.

Where does the data come from?
From the offer listings the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission publishes on PA Power Switch, read from the public results pages and following the site's robots.txt. See how it is collected.
Which utilities and customer types?
The sample covers the residential rate class for PECO and PPL. Residential only for now. Small-business classes are planned if enough early-access teams ask for them; tell us in the form.
